As Director, Unify Business Services:
- Provide strong leadership across the Unify Business Services branch responsible for Child & Family product management of the case management business system (Unify), used by both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure business readiness through appropriate change management and learning and development.
- Proactively engage and partner with stakeholders to ensure strategic goals and objectives are achieved through cost-effective ICT products and solutions.
- Deliver business-focused solutions with a focus on contemporary technology, methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Work with close connection to the Director, Unify Embed & Sustain, Information Services, and their cross-functional teams in the Unify Continuous Improvement Pipeline, and Departmental practice and business areas, to deliver high-quality Unify products.

As a Director you will:

• Proactively consult with and provide authoritative strategic advice and support to the Chief Information Officer, executive management and key stakeholders in the development and implementation of strategies, policies and plans to ensure the efficient management of information and communication technology (ICT).
• Ensure the effective management of the human, financial and physical resources of the branch and its units ensuring a culture of client service, continuous improvement, performance measurement and promoting better decision making for front line service delivery.
• In consultation with business owners and executives, define and articulate the product vision aligned with business strategy and goals, and provide advice to delivery teams regarding the business direction to ensure the solution is fit-forpurpose and will achieve defined business benefits.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap of features on behalf of the Unify system owner and business executives, prioritise and manage the backlog of features, ensuring features prioritised deliver business value and fulfil business need, support and participate in iteration planning and agile scrum delivery, including, business design requirements, solution design, testing, change management and business readiness.
• Build strong business networks to maintain current knowledge of Child & Family needs enabling the delivery of client-focused outcomes. Liaise with relevant Child & Family teams to ensure relevant policies, procedures or practice are aligned within Unify.
• Negotiate and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders on relevant issues relating to the business function/product and ensure these are appropriately raised, addressed, and managed.
• Engage to identify and define information, data, standards, processes and system interdependencies. Understand and represent user needs, ensuring products are designed to be inclusive and accessible plus maximise the client and employee experience.
• Actively lead change management and business readiness activities to support releases, participate in all elements of testing to ensure a quality product, and review and evaluate benefit realisation.
• Lead the review and evaluation of benefit realisation and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise outcomes including the ongoing embed and sustain strategy for Unify.
• Establish and maintain governance structures to ensure the effective oversight of Unify.
• Oversee content build, delivery, quality review & assurance of Unify training (Youth Justice and Child & Family) and communication materials to ensure content is accurate and aligns with system functionality for Youth Justice and Child & Family.
• Provide strong leadership and responsibility for the management of the Unify Child & Family Product Owners and Learning & Development teams (C&F and YJ) to ensure timely and effective deliverables are met.
