Are you passionate about promoting organisation learning and development activities? If so, this is the opportunity for you! Our Workforce Insights and Improvement team is dedicated to leveraging the power of data and technology to transform our workplace. Our systems cover learning and development, mentoring, strengths and workforce reporting/analysis and you'll be a key player in driving engagement and maximizing their value. You'll also contribute to a range of other Human Resource and Organisational Development related activities, programs and projects - drawing on your own unique strengths.

As a HR Consultant AO5, you'll manage our learning management system, promote training programs and collaborate on creating online learning content. You'll also help coordinate career development activities and events to enhance our employee experience.

As a HR Officer AO4, you'll be a key player in driving engagement with our systems and supporting individual employees to access learning and development, mentoring, strengths and workforce reporting/analysis. You will lean into your curiosity to explore the tools available in O365 including Sharepoint, PowerBI and Power Automate to improve business efficiency.

We want you to be part of a team that is making a difference. We derive insight from workforce data and improve the digital employee experience by enhancing how our employees interact with our workplace digital tools. You'll join a broader team supporting organisation learning, leadership capability, equity and diversity and employee engagement. We work closely across the broader People and Performance team with colleagues in Human Resources, Governance, Risk and Integrity and Workplace Relations divisions. We are a small but deadly team with ownership of programs and services that we think make a big difference in a highperforming department.
