About the role

As a Referral Pathways Officer, you will be the vital glue that connects clients, community organisations, and legal services. Your mission is to design, champion, and expand referral pathways that ensure no one misses out on the help they deserve.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with stakeholders across Queensland to implement forward-thinking referral pathways.
  • Be a Planner: Design, cost, train, and roll out referral processes that are tailored to client needs.
  • Keep it Real: Use data and feedback to ensure referral systems remain impactful and improve over time.
  • Promote Equity: Monitor inclusion issues, identify gaps, and advocate for better access to vital services.
  • Work with Heart: Support clients experiencing complex legal and social challenges in a professional and empathetic way.

This Role is For You if You:

  • See Beyond the Surface: You understand the social challenges vulnerable clients face and have insights into legal processes.
  • Connect the Dots: You've got an eye for detail, with strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.

  • Take Initiative with Integrity: You're driven to make sound decisions and improve outcomes, always with accountability.
