We have multiple roles available for experienced project managers to support commercial and real estate transactions and project delivery. We are partnering with the private sector to increase economic development, with a focus on government land transactions which support the successful delivery of key government priorities.

You will be a part of a team in the Department of State Development, Infrastructure & Planning that is making a difference with specialist skills in real estate, transaction structuring and execution, project delivery and performance management, helping the department to deliver its strategic priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Apply commercial acumen and a strong understanding of land tenure and real estate development.
• Assist with the assessment of private sector proposals.
• Undertake searches of the government land register and due diligence on land to support a variety of priorities and proposals.
• Develop and implement effective project management, stakeholder management, governance and reporting systems
