About the role

As our new Senior Training Officer, you'll pioneer engaging onboarding programs and deliver dynamic training sessions for our statewide family law services team—both online and in person. Your creativity will shine as you develop and update cutting-edge training materials tailored to individual and group needs, using contemporary adult learning principles. You'll also coordinate and facilitate impactful training events, conferences, and workshops, ensuring our team stays ahead in best practices. By providing personalised coaching, problem-solving support, and incorporating feedback, you'll inspire growth and continuous improvement. Plus, you'll have a hand in shaping innovative strategies to improve work practices and strengthen our services from the ground up. Every day, you'll make a tangible impact in a career that truly matters.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has expertise in learning and training delivery, with the ability to identify needs and develop responsive content.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, engages with stakeholders, and fosters growth through feedback and coaching.
  • Demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
