Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Provide high quality advice and overview to managers and other stakeholders on workforce capability matters, including the supervision and coordination of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Contribute to the development of innovative change management strategies to enhance recruitment service delivery across a diverse range of roles.
• Analyse HR information and data, identifying trends and patterns to enhance and create opportunities for improvements and efficiencies for recruitment, attraction and retention.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Public Sector and cultivate partnerships with industry service providers to enhance recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of recruitment systems, information and quality assurance on role evaluation, capability and position description content.
• Contribute towards the capability development of managers and employees across the organisation providing advice through the delivery of recruitment and selection training.
• Develop and deliver resources and relevant materials to build employee and manager capability on new or emerging recruitment processes, systems or initiatives.
Role Requirements:
Qualification - There are no mandatory qualifications for this role however experience, skills and experience in recruitment roles will be highly regarded.
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience - Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products, including in particular Sharepoint.
Other - QPS is a large organisation with continually changing priorities. You need to be agile and willing to support this by at times undertaking opportunities with HR Division.
