About the role
In this role, you will operate from within the Manufacturing branch and will be involved in supporting the Executive Director (ED) and the Manufacturing Leadership Team by providing efficient and effective administrative and project support.
• Provide high level confidential and client-focused secretarial and executive support to the ED in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment - including monitoring emails, file management, accurate keyboard services and proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Provide high level administrative services including undertaking effective, timely and proactive management and maintenance of the ED's emails and appointment diary including coordination of quality and comprehensive responses to request for information and advice on behalf of the ED.
• Coordinate executive travel and accommodation requirements including arrangements associated with executive meetings and conferences for ED and organisational other staff.
