About the role

As an Administration Officer, you will coordinate prison advice services, manage video-conference bookings, and provide administrative support, including maintaining diaries, rosters, and visit lists. You will also assist with preparing legal documents, liaise with stakeholders, and provide information to prisoners through various channels.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has legal administrative experience, including preparing legal documents and knowledge of court procedures (preferably in criminal law).
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn organisation-specific systems.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, engaging effectively with stakeholders and clients with complex needs.
  • Demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
