About your role:
- Coordination of staff recruitment activities, including participation in selection processes and overseeing the appointment of staff, including their orientation, ongoing training and development.
- Promote a work environment that supports the personal, training and development needs of all staff.
- Manage staff's involvement in health promotion, customer service, data collection and quality improvement activities.
- Manage the business and administrative components of the BreastScreen Cairns Service which includes the static screening and assessment service and the mobile relocatable screening service.
- Utilise project management skills to develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate special projects or programs in accordance with Program or corporate goals.
