The Corporate Services Hub is located within the Office of the Deputy Director-General Corporate Division and provides professional and consistent operational HR and Finance services to Corporate Division branches, including: Finance and Procurement, Human Resources, Information Technology, Governance, Internal Audit. The Hub also supports the Director-General’s office and other ODG business units.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide best practice operational Human Resource advice and support for Corporate Division.
• Provide timely and accurate operational human resource advice/support to staff and management.
This will extend across the full range of HR management functions, including but not limited to:
• HR administration (including responding to enquiries and correspondence with Queensland Shared Services).
• Interpretation and application of legislation, directives, policies and delegations relevant to HR management.
• Establishment management.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Remuneration and employment conditions.
• Produce and maintain process improvement and process documentation to support contemporary business practices.
• Provide support as directed to staff within the Corporate Services Hub and our business partners, ranging from officer to executive level, to support them to achieve business outcomes.
