About the Role
As the Principal Portfolio Analyst (ICT Portfolio Performance Office), you will manage and optimise TMR's ICT investment portfolio and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with the department's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
• Enhancing customer-facing processes to develop and manage the ICT portfolio roadmap.
• Providing secretariat support for the Information and Systems Committee (ISC) and related working groups.
• Analysing complex information to support ICT portfolio management and reporting.
• Offering advice and presenting key information to stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Strong communication skills to distil complex issues into clear, concise formats for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to operationalise strategic plans and align them with organisational goals.
• Experience in researching, interpreting, and analysing complex information to inform policy and decision-making.
• Self-sufficiency and strategic insight to manage your own portfolio of work effectively.
