Manager Resource Readiness
Support; Metro South Region; Spring Hill
The Manager, Resource Readiness leads and manages the delivery of resource readiness services to the region. The role is responsible for the provision of infrastructure, fleet and equipment planning and management services, programs and processes to enable the effective and efficient delivery of operational services.
The role provides a high level of support to regional management in delivering organisational reform outcomes; contributing to the future direction of the QAS and ensuring that quality, timely and appropriate pre-hospital care and transport services are provided to the Queensland community within the region.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Highly developed leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing infrastructure processes and developing and implementing complex strategic plans.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues related to the planning and provision of highly appropriate assets, property and buildings in an ambulance service delivery environment.
- High-level knowledge and skills in relation to the application of relevant legislation, standards and policy applicable to assets, property and buildings.
- Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.
- Demonstrated capabilities and experience in implementing organisational change and service system reform in a complex operational environment, working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic planning and the provision of policy advice, particularly the development and implementation of operational policy, standards and service improvement initiatives.

- The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.
