About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
Appointments in the CCC are merit-based and will be assessed by looking at what you have done previously, the knowledge, skills and experience you have built, your potential for development, and your personal qualities which align with the leadership competencies and the CCC's values.
There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however, you have demonstrated experience in business analysis and the application of supporting processes, tools, and methodology from planning to the effective implementation of project objectives. You utilise organisational and planning skills, including prioritisation and time management skills.
Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.
For this role, the ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Experience performing business analysis activities and applying appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools, within projects aiming to deliver business process and system Previous experience in law enforcement and/or independent statutory bodies is advantageous.
- Analytical problem solving, information and data gathering techniques, performance analysis methodologies, report development and critical analysis and evaluation skills.
- High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in an overall environment of change and evolution.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
