We’re seeking three Executive Assistants (AO4) to support senior leaders in the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) division. You’ll provide high-level executive support including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bring strengths in organisation, communication, strategic thinking, and accountability. Be part of a passionate team delivering infrastructure for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and beyond.

Your Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level secretarial and executive support to the Executive Director or one of two Senior Directors. You'll manage diaries, coordinate meetings and events, and liaise with senior stakeholders across government. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of strategic operations.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Provide confidential executive support including diary management, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Liaise with senior executives and external stakeholders to resolve administrative matters.
Partner with the Office of the Deputy Director-General and Business Support Unit on corporate functions such as HR, procurement, and finance.
Maintain effective business systems and manage information flow across the division.
Review confidential reports and correspondence, and support divisional projects.
Organise executive travel including itineraries, bookings, and expense claims.
