About the Role
As the Project coordinator, Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), you will coordinate reporting, scheduling and governance activities across the ePMO portfolio to support the ePMO function.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain ePMO portfolio schedule, including the collation and integration of inputs from individual Projects.
  • Provide assistance to project personnel on how to use scheduling tools.
  • Maintain and update ePMO project data sets and registers.
  • Coordinate reporting inputs from Project Managers and consolidate for ePMO reporting.
  • Collate submissions for ePMO decision forums and support out-of-cycle escalation.
  • Help stakeholders to use reporting software and dashboards.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide training for business users relating to ePMO processes tools and templates.
  • Support the ePMO reporting function.
  • And other responsibilities such as: Actively participate in team planning and ensure all work complies with corporate responsibilities.
  • Model the values of respect, quality and accountability.
  • Maintain a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.

How You Will be Assessed
The ideal applicant will be someone who has the following capabilities:

  • You have in-depth applied knowledge of project reporting, scheduling and governance and the application of these in project execution.
  • You are a skilled user of project scheduling, reporting and coordination tools and can coach others in doing so. Your experience and spans a wide range of project types and size with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
  • You communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner, including presenting meaningful data, you engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, offer convincing rationale and your advice influences decision making.
