As a Senior dotNet Developer, you will take technical ownership of a suite of government applications and drive change from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders to shape solutions, lead implementation, and ensure performance, security, and scalability. You will:
• Develop application software in accordance with the department's quality management system and technical and security architecture.
• Apply structured problem-solving strategies and techniques to identify, analyse, evaluate and implement solutions.
• Translate conceptual, logical and physical solutions into application software.
• Collaborate with business area to devise practical solutions that balance system performance, usability, cross-system dependencies, scalability, re-usability, overall cost to develop and maintain while meeting the defined business needs.
• Monitor performance to ensure delivery meets service standards in accordance with service level agreements.
• Prepare cost analyses, design considerations and implementation timeframes for proposed application developments.
• Foster and role-model a work environment that values performance, improvement, innovation and outcomes and knowledge sharing within ITP.
• Actively participate in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture where ethical practices, workplace safety, equity, and diversity are valued, and team members enjoy coming to work.
The following Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) levels are relevant for this role:

• Application Support (ASUP): Level 4
• Incident management (USUP): Level 4
