Cleveland Education & Training Centre (CETC) is a Department of Education school, operating within the Cleveland Youth Detention Centre at Townsville. Positions are based in a youth detention centre and the ratio of students to teacher is 1:4. All classes are attended by youth workers supporting the students and the safety of staff. The catchment area for the Centre comprises the area graphically north from Rockhampton, west to the border and Island communities off the Queensland coastline.
