Temp Senior Advisor (Change Management)

Queensland's passenger rail network is undergoing significant transformation in response to unprecedented growth and emerging demands. In the next decade,
various large rail infrastructure investment projects and system enhancements will be delivered which will change the way people move.
To ensure a co-ordinated approach in the delivery of this large rail infrastructure pipeline, TMR has established a Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO) responsible for delivering significant rail projects, including the $5.75 billon Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project.
The LGC project will unlock the current capacity bottle neck on the Southeast
Queensland rail network to enable more services to run more frequently and reliably between Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast and is a key infrastructure investment
ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Have you worked on projects in the change sphere?
We need you to be a leader in developing and implementing program change management, governance and reporting activities as part of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Program Management Office (PMO). You'll have demonstrated ability of committing to a high standard of practice through governance and risk management, be able to think critically, and demonstrate accountability through professionalism, persistence and transparency. You'll excel at managing multiple deadlines, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to dynamic workloads.
Your day to day will include supporting your colleagues with drafting briefing notes and correspondence for the LGC Change Control Board (CCB) and building relationships with project leads to ensure best practice change management. You'll be gathering insights and embracing new ideas to inform future practice and assisting others with their decision making within the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office.
