What you will be doing:
• Provide quality HR advice to ensure the consistent application and use of policies, procedures and relevant legislation which support the business area to achieve its outcomes, and encourages a supportive, flexible and collaborative approach to employee management across the business.
• Provide contemporary, best practice HR services by identifying areas of need and conducting appropriate coaching, training, professional development and other proactive services to enhance managers' ability to effectively manage.
• Support the design and delivery of strategic HR projects and programs.
• Facilitate the resolution of complex employee issues through the provision of effective support, case management and workplace interventions
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their issues and developing innovative solutions.
• Promote best practice, educate and influence the implementation of HR strategies and discuss initiatives or changes relating to HR directives, policies or procedures.
