This exciting position is a key member of the site's leadership team and is accountable for progressing strategic priorities in wildlife daily husbandry, welfare and visitor services including education programs, experiences, and retail. The position is based at WCDC and works a five day on and two days off roster, including at least one weekend per month as site Duty Officer (note due to establishment resources, Duty Officer requirements are every third weekend). The work roster may also include some public holiday work. As a member of the park's leadership team the position works closely with the Ranger in Charge and Team Leader, Maintenance and will require great communication and time management skills.
