RoadTek, a commercial arm of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), is seeking a dedicated Advisor (Operational Safety) to support frontline teams and drive safety excellence across infrastructure projects. In this hands-on role, you will work directly with operational crews, managers, and statewide safety experts to strengthen safety outcomes across our civil construction projects.

About the Role:
As an Advisor (Operational Safety), you'll:
• Provide WHS advice and support to operational teams.
• Deliver informal onsite training and safety education.
• Lead incident investigations and audits.
• Collaborate with safety practitioners across Queensland.
• Coach and mentor field staff to build safety capability.
You'll lead onsite safety coaching, training, incident investigation, and frontline engagement, making a visible difference to the safety, wellbeing, and development of local teams.
