The primary accountabilities of the Principal Executive Officer include:
• Work as part of a small team to support the Project Director and the broader Command’s operations.
• Proactively work with IOMS Evolve director and project leads to monitor and report on various project ICT governance requirements.
• Input into the DSITC operational and business plans and associated reporting obligations with respect to the IOMS Evolve deliverables.
• Work with internal stakeholders to maintain and report on the IOMS Evolve project risk management registers.
• Objectively critique data and proposed responses by subject matter experts to ensure responses are fit for purpose.
• Maintain high quality reporting registers.
• Provide formal secretariat support to committees, working groups and other meetings as required.

• Extensive experience in coordinating governance and reporting requirements in a large organisation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, timely secretariat support functions to formal governance committees.
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in managing deliverables and deadlines.
• Significant experience in providing high level executive support in a large organisation.
• High level written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with officers at all levels with influence.
• Ability to effectively summarise large volumes of material to articulate the relevant points and inform high level decision making.
• Sound understanding of risk management methodology in an ICT environment.
• Exceptional computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Sound computer literacy with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI.
