About the Role
At QCS, we're committed to making communities safer through modern, evidencebased correctional practices. As part of our Victims Register team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring victims are kept informed, heard, and supported throughout the correctional journey of offenders.
In this role, you will be instrumental in:
- Providing clear, timely and trauma-informed communication to registered victims
- Coordinating sensitive and complex victim-related cases
- Promoting awareness and delivering training across agencies
- Supporting culturally responsive engagement, particularly with First Nations communities
- Driving continuous improvement in how we support and inform victims
What we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication, case management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with victims or within the justice f
- A trauma-informed and victim-centred mindset
- The ability to interpret legislation and provide expert advice
- A relevant degree in Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, or similar
Postgraduate qualifications in practice supervision or coaching will be highly regarded.
