Crown Law is seeking a Senior Principal Lawyer to join our Workplace Law team within the Public Law Branch. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile legal matters that shape the future of workplace law in Queensland. As a leader in the team, you'll provide expert legal advice, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to strategic decision-making at Crown Law.
Your role:
- Provide high-level legal advice and representation in Workplace Law, Industrial Relations, and Administrative Law
- Lead and mentor a team of lawyers in handling complex and sensitive legal matters
- Represent clients in courts and tribunals and instruct Counsel when required
- Contribute to Crown Law's business growth through training programs and legal publications
About you:
- Minimum 8 years post-admission experience in legal practice
- Expertise in Workplace Law, Industrial Relations, and Administrative Law
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage complex legal matters independently
