Test Analyst
Policelink Group; Road Policing & Regional Support Command; Regional Services; Zillmere
Policelink is a large non-urgent contact centre that provides service to the Queensland community. We are staffed by Client Service Officers, Team Leaders, Police Officers and a range of corporate staff who all contribute to the delivery of service to the Queensland community and Queensland Police Service. The work environment is a purpose-built facility located in the North Brisbane suburbs at Zillmere. The building incorporates large open spaces, training rooms, an onsite caf←, access to free gymnasium and secure car parking for all staff. The centre is a convenient two-minute walk from the Zillmere Railway Station.

Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Assist in the implementation and execution of tests to ensure the delivered solutions meet the requirements and deliverables of the stakeholders.
- Liaise regularly with developers, functional analysts, and support staff to effectively plan and execute testing activities within agreed time frames.
- Undertake programming associated with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of scripts.
- Assist in the guidance of subject matter experts in the development, maintenance, and execution of user acceptance tests.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary projects teams.
- Support the functions of the Policelink Contact Management business unit through the provision of administrative and organisational support.
