We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Adviser, Wellbeing, to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. You'll be a key player in promoting and enhancing employee wellbeing through evidence-based, proactive approaches.
From delivering expert advice and designing holistic wellbeing initiatives, your work will directly support our workforce in managing the unique challenges of complex operational environments.
Formal qualifications in social work, psychology or other health related disciplines are a mandatory requirement for appointment to this role.

Among other tasks, the current priorities for this role are as follows:
• Design and Deliver Wellbeing Products and Services: Assist in developing and delivering employee health, safety and wellbeing initiatives and training, consistent with corporate objectives.
• Support Leaders: Provide practical guidance to supervisors and managers on supporting staff through mental health challenges and responding to workplace incidents.
• Collaborate and Network: Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to strengthen support networks across QCS.
