The Queensland Revenue Office have multiple exciting opportunities within the Fine Administration and Management Division (FAM) as an AO4 Fine Resolution Officer. In these roles you will support a team of officers and be responsible for the administration and management of fines in Queensland. This will see you analysing, interpreting, and applying relevant legislation and policy on fine administration and management as well as promoting and implementing business and system improvements, and exercising functions to deliver service to our clients.

The Queensland Revenue Office have multiple exciting opportunities within the Fine Administration and Management Division (FAM) as an AO4 Fine Resolution Officer. In this role you will support a team of officers and be responsible for the administration and management of fines in Queensland. This will see you analysing, interpreting, and applying relevant legislation and policy on fine administration and management as well as promoting and implementing business and system improvements, and exercising functions to deliver service to our clients.

Your typical day as a Fine Resolution Officer may include:
• Providing timely, helpful and supportive service to staff and clients 
• Handling complex client enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Quality assurance of fine administration processes
• Reviewing and actioning administration requests and escalations.

To be successful, you will need to:
• Prioritise projects and tasks efficiently, in line with team commitments.
• Be able to apply your knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively. 
• Demonstrate respect and appreciation for legislation and policy frameworks by consistently operating to key standards.
