The Senior Project Advisor (Improvement Projects) plays a significant role in the delivery of significant organisational change and business improvement initiatives across Engineering and Technology. Accountabilities include:
• Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external project stakeholders including subject matter experts, stakeholder reference groups and project boards.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to design, develop and implement initiatives and business solutions.

The role is customer focussed and works in a highly responsive environment to deliver:
• Develop and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external project stakeholders including subject matter experts, stakeholder referencegroups and project boards.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to design, develop and implement initiatives and business solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities when technology presents itself to optimise the existing environment.
• Coordinate the integration of all project activities through the project life cycle to deliver agreed outcomes and outputs.
• Undertake complex research, analysis, and evaluation to deliver business improvements.
