RoadTek Sunshine Coast is offering multiple permanent opportunities for Construction Worker Supervisors to join our dedicated team.

With positions available in both the civil construction and electrical teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects.

Your work will help build and maintain the road networks that connect and strengthen communities throughout Queensland, contributing to safer and more efficient transport for all.

As part of the Civil Construction team, your duties may include:
• Construction of roads, highways, culverts and other drainage structures and various pavement works.
• Includes new works, rehabilitation works, and upgrades of existing transport infrastructure assets.
• Includes rehabilitation services such as pavement recycling and stabilisation and resurfacing works.
• Includes provision of construction, rehabilitation and maintenance services for non-road related assets.

To work in this area we are looking for candidates with the following:
• Ability to work varying work schedules (days, nights)
• Ability to provide own transport to allocated work site - applicable radial allowances payable
• Possession of the following qualifications/licences is highly desirable:
 o MR Drivers Licence
 o Roller Verification of Competency
 o Concrete/formwork experience
 o Other earthmoving equipment verification of competencies
 o Experience working on high-speed, high-volume roads.

As part of the Electrical Civil team, your duties may include:
• Construction and maintenance of street lighting, signalised intersections, ITS including:
 o Plan reading, excavation, install conduits/pits, footings, assist in running of electrical cable.
 o Trench backfilling/compaction, pavement reinstallation.
 o Assist in the installation of lighting infrastructure IE poles.

To work in this area we are looking for candidates with the following:
• Ability to work varying work schedules (days, nights)
• Ability to provide own transport to allocated work site or depot - applicable radial
allowances payable
• Possession of the following qualifications/licences is highly desirable:
 o MR Drivers Licence
 o Roller Verification of Competency
 o Concrete / formwork experience
 o High Risk Work Licence / Elevated Work Platform licence / Doggers ticket
 o Vehicle Loading Cranes (VOC)
 o Conduit and pit installation experience
 o Experience working on high-speed, high-volume roads
