You will lead policy and business improvement initiatives to enhance compliance with RTI and Privacy laws. You will develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and tools that promote transparency and accountability. The role involves consulting across the department, leading projects, preparing briefings and reports, providing expert advice, and supporting audits and legislative decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering departmental RTI and Privacy projects and initiatives
  • Developing and reviewing policies, guidelines, and supporting documentation
  • Providing clear, practical advice to business areas on RTI and privacy obligations
  • Preparing ministerial and executive briefings, correspondence, and compliance reporting
  • Supporting record-keeping systems and conducting compliance audits
