Your role:
- Generate human resource management reports to meet statutory, ad hoc and client driven reporting requests using complex datasets
- Provide consultative advice to senior leaders and business units in relation to workforce reporting, analysis, and establishment management
- Review, develop and enhance current human resource datasets, processes, and systems, with a continuous improvement and efficiency focus
About you:
- Proficient in Power BI and SharePoint
- Strong background in data analysis, workforce analysis and reporting
- Great communicator, both in writing and speaking
- Sharp analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving
