Your role:

  • Generate human resource management reports to meet statutory, ad hoc and client driven reporting requests using complex datasets
  • Provide consultative advice to senior leaders and business units in relation to workforce reporting, analysis, and establishment management
  • Review, develop and enhance current human resource datasets, processes, and systems, with a continuous improvement and efficiency focus

About you:

  • Proficient in Power BI and SharePoint
  • Strong background in data analysis, workforce analysis and reporting
  • Great communicator, both in writing and speaking
  • Sharp analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving
