In this role, you will:
• Deliver structured training on the standards, systems, processes, and tools used by our workforce.
• Coordinate and manage the Operations Unit training program, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify individual training and development needs, and design targeted learning plans to support professional growth.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Resource Manager to build and maintain regional capability.
