We are seeking an Administration Officer (Finance) to work within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer team. You will assist the team to provide financial and administrative support to the Legal Services unit, including two directors, by processing legal billing, ensuring timely invoice payments, liaising with clients, generating reports, managing calls and monitoring the accounts inbox.

Legal, Information Access and Prosecutions (LIAP) is a Branch within Corporate Division which contains the following units:
• Legal Services
• RTI, Privacy & Complaints Management
• Prosecutions Services; and
• Office of the Chief Legal Officer.
We are seeking an Administration Officer (Finance) to work within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Work with the Business Officer and assist financial processes for the unit including accounts payable end of month legal billing and journal creation, on-time
invoice payments, creation of internal financial and management reports and sdily monitoring of the accounts payable email inbox.
• Offer a high level of confidential administrative support to the Directors (2) and the Legal Services team including manage incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately and assist with document preparation in line with departmental standards and specified timeframes.
