RoadTek are seeking a strategic and proactive professional to join our team to drive the coordination and delivery of learning programs. This is a temporary, full-time position where your expertise will be instrumental in shaping a skilled and future-ready workforce.
The location of this position is negotiable to any of the following RoadTek office locations (Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Toowoomba, Warwick, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast or Brisbane CBD).

In addition to the coordination and delivery of learning programs, the ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end projects, including sourcing and coordinating learning and development services. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as this role acts as a key liaison across departments. A deep understanding of contemporary learning and development theories and practices is required, along with a genuine ability to identify and nurture the unique strengths of team members, contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
