We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join DPC, Queensland's lead public sector agency. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Queensland's public service, collaborating with senior leaders & stakeholders to deliver innovative HR solutions that drive organisational excellence and meaningful outcomes for Queensland.
As a key member of our team, you will shape and implement forward-thinking HR strategies, provide expert advice on complex workforce matters, and coach leaders to build capability and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• experience in delivering strategic and operational HR advice across areas like employee relations, workforce planning, health, safety, and wellbeing
• strong understanding of HR legislation and policies, with the ability to apply them in complex settings
• excellent written and verbal communication skills to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders
• an ability to analyse workforce challenges and deliver practical solutions in a dynamic environment
• proven experience in managing HR projects that align with organisational goals
• a proactive, outcomes-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative team.
