Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide advice and support to various stakeholders, including staff, managers, customers, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with users and IT support to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Maintain data accuracy by investigating and cleansing databases.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal operating processes, procedures, User Acceptance Testing, and general administrative functions.
• Identify, resolve and report on system issues and trends. Use trend data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reliability and effectiveness of Registration & Licensing service delivery systems by undertaking user acceptance test for technology-based system changes and projects in scheduled releases as required.

We are seeking expressions of interest for relieving opportunities within the team over the next 12 months. Please note, suitability is not a guarantee of employment, but rather when an opportunity for relief arises, you may be contacted.

Former Customer Services Branch - Department of Transport and Main Roads This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the TMR Agreement conditions apply to this position.
