As Business Analyst Testing, you will analyse business systems and IT needs, focussing on supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will engage with key stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and ensure system changes are fit for purpose, thoroughly tested, and aligned with organisational goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business needs to capture, analyse, document and review business processes and data requirements for new system development and business process improvement
- Use advanced stakeholder engagement skills and undertake analysis of business problems, process mapping, gap analysis and identify root causes
- Collaborate with developers and testers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for user stories, features and enhancements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of testing, providing expert advice and guidance on test planning and execution
- Lead the User Acceptance Test planning, scheduling, preparation of testing scripts and report development
- Conduct and manage the overall testing process in complex integrated systems.
- Monitor and evaluate testing progress and risks, reporting on these to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business representatives, QLeave teams and external stakeholders to undertake preparation for testing, issue and defect resolution to meet test execution deadlines
- Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to promote the successful delivery of testing activities
- Provide advice relating to systems implementation to ensure functionality aligns with established business requirements and functional models

What We're Looking For

For this role, we will consider your:
- Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, including significant involvement in conducting in-depth analysis of business needs, testing cycles such as system integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Skills in requirements elicitation, facilitation of workshops and presentation skills with a multi-vendor/hybrid ICT environment, including experience supporting testing phases in enterprise system implementations
- High level understanding of testing methodologies, tools and techniques within a complex IM/ICT program/project environment
- Experience in the implementation of quality testing methods and frameworks to ensure integrity of testing and an ability to develop project test strategies, test products and cases
- Experience in all phases of testing, including plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability for large, complex ICT program/projects
- Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors, to partner with and engage them in delivering the required ICT outcomes
- High level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a proven record in the assessment and evaluation of testing requirements within a complex ICT environment
