The Opportunity
The Portfolio Officer will work within the DPI Transformation Office and:
• Support the administration and ongoing improvement of the DPI Transformation Office program and projects.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing improvement of DPI portfolio, program and project management.
• Contribute to reviews of programs and projects and the delivery of high-quality program and project governance and guidance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to Senior Leaders and governance committees' high-quality briefing notes, insights, information papers, presentations, and performance reports on the department's portfolio, programs and projects in accordance with whole-of-government requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration within and external to the business unit and build trusted and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Represent the business unit in departmental forums, committees and in whole-ofgovernment processes as required.
