Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a strategic Project Director to drive organisational redesign, service delivery improvements, and workforce capability uplift within the Community Corrections and Specialist Operations Project Delivery Command. This role oversees key reform initiatives including (but not limited to) the End-to-End Case Management and Domestic and Family Violence projects. Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking a visionary and experienced Project Director to lead the Offender Management Stream within the Community Corrections and Specialist Operations (CCSO) Project Delivery Command. As Project Director, you'll be at the forefront of reform, leading high-impact initiatives that are part of a broader transformation agenda aimed at improving service delivery, workforce capability, and offender outcomes across Queensland.
What You'll Do
- Lead a stream of strategic reform projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and impact.
- Shape organisational design, workforce planning, and service delivery models.
- Champion change management and capability uplift across the CCSO workforce.
- Ensure alignment with QCS Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) frameworks and reporting standards.
Who You Are: You're a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a proven leader with:
- Extensive experience in project and program delivery within complex environments.
- Deep understanding of offender management and public safety challenges.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for driving meaningful change and improving community outcomes.
