Join our collaborative and supportive HR team delivering key people services across Queensland. In this fast-paced HR Business Support Officer role, you'll coordinate HR forms, support recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to high-quality service delivery across the state.
The Business and Corporate Partnership (BCP) division provides strategic advice, leads key programs implementation and delivers corporate services that enable the department to achieve its objectives.

We're seeking a detail-focused and proactive HR Business Support Officer (A03) to join our Workforce Management team in the Business and Corporate Partnership (BCP) HR division. This temporary full-time role (until 30 June 2026, with possible extension) offers flexible work options and a supportive team environment. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume team responsible for delivering key operational HR services. Your day-to-day work will include coordinating sensitive HR forms, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing consistent, high-quality support to staff and managers across the state. You'll use departmental databases to maintain accurate records and assist with reports, document control and vacancy processing. Our team is distributed across Queensland, so you'll engage with colleagues remotely and be known for your approachable, professional,and solution-focused style.


This is a great opportunity to build your knowledge of HR systems and procedures while gaining experience in a busy and diverse team. Whether you're looking to build your HR experience, return to the workforce, or explore a career in government, this role will give you valuable insight into the full employee lifecycle.
