About you:
We're looking for an individual who is passionate about conservation, species management and working collaboratively. Your leadership skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your team will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.

To be successful in the role, you will also have:
· Ability to manage a planning and evaluation program including associated conservation and risk management strategies.

· Strong communications skills and the ability to coordinate and facilitate programs comprised of diverse staff and collaborative partners.

· Ability to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders of management planning and on-ground operations, particularly First Nation communities.

· Strong problem solving, reactive management and resolution skills.

· High level writing and data management and presentation skills.

· The capacity to embrace technology.
