Your leadership skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your team will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.

To be successful in the role, you will also have:
· Ability to manage a planning and evaluation program including associated conservation and risk management strategies.

· Strong communications skills and the ability to coordinate and facilitate programs comprised of diverse staff and collaborative partners.

· Ability to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders of management planning and on-ground operations, particularly First Nation communities.

· Strong problem solving, reactive management and resolution skills.

· High level writing and data management and presentation skills.

· The capacity to embrace technology.
