What you will be doing 

Assess customer needs and determine eligibility for private rental assistance. Apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to rental assistance applications.
Work within a call centre and processing team environment, meeting individual performance targets. This may involve working for extended periods taking calls. 
Maintain consistent productivity in a high-demand customer service setting.

Plan, prioritise, and organise tasks to achieve personal work goals.
Adapt to evolving technologies and changing work environments.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
Promote and uphold a culture of workplace safety by applying all relevant Workplace Health and Safety policies and practices in daily operations.

Please note that this position is based in Bundaberg, and the successful applicant will be required to work from this location.
