We're seeking a Senior Advisor Fleet Management to lead our fleet operations across Queensland, overseeing a diverse portfolio of operational mobile and fixed fleet assets. 

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse operating performance and develop business cases that drive fleet efficiency
  • Manage fleet operations, ensuring compliance with registration, safety, and statutory standards
  • Oversee fleet insurance claims and monitor repairs to ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement productivity efficiencies that enhance fleet availability and consistency across the state
  • Provide expert advice on fleet management issues, risk, and solutions

What You'll Need:

  • Strong knowledge of motor trade or fleet management, maintenance planning, utilisation rates, and serviceability
  • Experience in project management, data analysis, and business case development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of personal resilience and accountability
