We're seeking a Senior Advisor Fleet Management to lead our fleet operations across Queensland, overseeing a diverse portfolio of operational mobile and fixed fleet assets.
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse operating performance and develop business cases that drive fleet efficiency
- Manage fleet operations, ensuring compliance with registration, safety, and statutory standards
- Oversee fleet insurance claims and monitor repairs to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement productivity efficiencies that enhance fleet availability and consistency across the state
- Provide expert advice on fleet management issues, risk, and solutions
What You'll Need:
- Strong knowledge of motor trade or fleet management, maintenance planning, utilisation rates, and serviceability
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and business case development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of personal resilience and accountability
