As the Principal Workforce Analyst, you will provide analysis, reporting and interpretation of workforce-based data from various sources and to various audiences, ensuring data is reliable and subject to quality governance processes.
Your core responsibilities will be to:
- Lead a team delivering workforce related reporting and data analysis functions.
- Oversee the delivery/maintenance of a suite of dashboards (currently Power BI based) to deliver a range of self-service workforce related information to stakeholders.
- Prepare informed analyses, designed to guide key workforce strategy initiatives and programs to build workforce capability and support business operations.
-Prepare briefs, reports and submissions related to various workforce related topics and issues including but not limited to Minimum Human Resources Obligatory Information reporting, Estimates processes, Questions on Notice, Audits, and Ministerial enquiries.
-Provide high level education, advice and support to users of workforce related data to support interpretation, understanding, and local analysis for further insight.
-Engage with People and Culture and the broader Corporate Services Division to help create meaningful insights from available data and information.
-Establish, build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and service providers to support the delivery of quality services including representing People and Culture at relevant meetings.
