Would you like to be part of a purpose driven team that is committed to maintaining a fair and efficient workers' compensation scheme that balances the needs of workers and employers?

As the regulator of workers' compensation in Queensland, we work with insurers, employers, workers, health and rehabilitation professionals to make sure all workers who have experienced a work-related injury are supported throughout their rehabilitation journey and can return to meaningful work safely.

The Workers' Compensation Licensing, Performance and Compliance team regulates all insurers within the Queensland scheme by monitoring, educating and enforcing compliance with workers' compensation laws. They also contribute to the planning, execution and evaluation of workers' compensation compliance and enforcement activities by responding to complaints and collaborating with insurers and other obligation holders to improve capability and enforce compliance.

Applications to remain current for 12 months.
