The Digital Health Solutions at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Nurse Manager, Digital Clinical Service Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Digital Health Clinical Services Lead/ Nurse Unit Manager is an employee who is a registered nurse who:
- Is appointed to an advanced practice nursing position; and
- Demonstrates a specialised clinical expertise and/or specialised skill set.
Classification may include but is not limited to:
- Responsibility for explicit professional portfolio content and context expertise.
- Expertise in the provision of direct care and/or support of systems and/or education and/or professional leadership.
- Consultation and provision of professional advice.
- Responsibility for a cohort of staff reporting to the position. and/or education and research advice.
About the Team
The Digital Health Solutions team supports the state-wide Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) solution and offers opportunity to be involved in training delivery and system adoption, as well as change management and process redesign across the whole Mackay Hospital and Health Service. The functionality of ieMR at this HHS includes Medication Management, Anaesthetics, SurgiNet, FirstNet, Care Delivery, Renal and Powerchart Maternity solutions and includes device integration for ECG and CTG. Digital Health Solutions team also supports other digital programs and devices including but not limited to, Vocera, Dragon Medical One (DMO), Patient Flow Manager.
