Former Customer Services Branch – Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the TMR Agreement conditions apply to this position.

CDSB is seeking expressions of interest for temporary AO3 Senior Processing Officer roles within our Customer Service Operations team. These roles offer a great opportunity to contribute to high-quality service delivery through accurate processing, administrative support and customer engagement. AO3 Senior Processing Officer - Talent Pool

• Prepare routine correspondence aligned with departmental standards.

• Engage in learning and development and support others through coaching and mentoring.
