Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Conduct quality assurance audits of computer records relating to towed and exhibit vehicles.
• Maintain control over and organise the disposal or destruction of towed vehicle exhibits in accordance with QPS procedures.
• Use a variety of software applications to furnish regular and reliable statistical returns, including Microsoft Excel and QPRIME.
• Provide a District point of contact for internal and external inquiries relating to towed vehicle exhibit legislation.
• Process financial administration activities including expenditure and revenue for towed vehicle exbibits and auctioned vehicles through the relevant QPS financial systems.
• Support towed vehicle exhibit activities by attending to inquiries and complaints from police and members of the public.
• Communicate with people at all levels of the Queensland Police Service and Stakeholders including Towing Contractors.
