Current Opportunities:

  • Behaviour Management - Year 7-12 (Temporary, ASAP to 11/12/2026)

The Reflect Room Teacher-Behaviour Boost Initiative will support student engagement, behaviour, wellbeing and re-engagement within the school's Reflect Space.

The successful applicant will provide targeted teaching and behaviour support, working collaboratively with students, staff, families and support teams to promote positive behaviour, attendance, self-regulation and learning outcomes.

This is a shared role with a reduced teaching load, working closely with Heads of Year and inclusion teams to support students' successful transition back to classroom learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering targeted teaching, behaviour support and re-engagement strategies for students accessing the Reflect Room.
  • Supporting the implementation of Behaviour Boost and MTSS frameworks through Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
  • Supporting student behaviour processes, including reflection, restorative practices and reintegration planning.
  • Supporting the analysis of behaviour, engagement and attendance data to inform targeted interventions.
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, parents/carers and external stakeholders to provide coordinated student support.
  • Supporting students to develop self-regulation, positive behaviour strategies and successful engagement in learning.
  • Maintaining a calm, structured and supportive environment that promotes wellbeing, accountability and inclusive practice.
  • Supporting administrative processes including behaviour documentation, student tracking and reflection records.
