An AO6 Senior Revenue Officer – Level 2 vacancy is available in the Duties and Grants division of the Queensland Revenue Office.
As part of the leadership team, you will model constructive behaviours and develop a capable and engaged team that uses client centric approach.

Your typical day as a Senior Revenue Officer - Level 2 will include:
• Interpreting and applying relevant legislations to make sound decisions.
• Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to team members, offering support and constructive feedback to build capability.
• Providing clear, accurate and timely written and verbal advice to the manager and management team on operational matters and improvement initiatives.
• Actively exploring opportunities to improve efficiencies in business procedures and systems.
• Undertaking administrative and reporting tasks.
• Working collaboratively with other team leaders and managers to ensure efficient and successful delivery of branch and divisional objectives.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• Experience in leading a highly effective team within a client centric and operational environment.
• Ability to apply your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.
• A high level of statutory interpretation skills and interpersonal skills.
